Consultant, Investor Services, Integrated Portfolio Services, (IPS)

Support hedge fund and alternative investment clients by managing investor lifecycle activities across subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor reporting, and AML/KYC reviews. Prepare investor statements and trade confirmations, maintain investor records and share registers, and resolve client and operational inquiries. Serve as a subject matter expert within Investor Services, guide junior team members, and identify process improvements to enhance the client experience.
