Key Responsibilities

  • •Control asphalt plant production and load-out of materials produced in the plants.
  • •Conduct preliminary walk-around surveys and identify maintenance, preventive maintenance, worn parts, emissions control, and housekeeping needs.
  • •Run the plant start-up and shutdown process and troubleshoot issues using computer screens and available reporting.
  • •Monitor gauges and computer-generated information to maintain productivity and protect crushing process assets.
  • •Perform minor servicing/maintenance, assist with preventive maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with other operators or maintenance personnel as needed.
