Business Service Officer

Serve as the first contact for customers visiting the Business Centre, using strong knowledge of Business Banking products to perform KYC and understand customer needs. Identify sales opportunities, cross-sell suitable products, and close sales when required, while providing excellent customer service and supporting senior team members with customer relationships. Drive digitalization by guiding customers to self-serve via digital channels, plus perform assigned operational duties after hours.
