Instructional Systems Designer TS/SCI w/Poly

Design and deliver training and educational programs for customer personnel, using methods such as classroom instruction, web-based training, briefings, multimedia presentations, and blended formats. Develop instructional curriculum using adult learning practices and instructional technologies, and oversee planning, design, delivery, and measurement of training effectiveness. Support program management curricula and may coach less-experienced professionals while maintaining current training and technology knowledge.
