Job Summary

Lead Environment, Health & Safety activities at a manufacturing plant by coordinating the EHS management system, assessing and controlling workplace risks, and ensuring legal and corporate compliance. Manage environmental requirements (waste, emissions, energy use), drive sustainability and circular economy initiatives, and oversee ISO 14001/ISO 45001 certified systems. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and supervise the plant’s Occupational Safety and Health management system, including risk identification, evaluation, and control.
•Perform safety inspections and internal audits; investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and define corrective and preventive actions.
•Manage environmental compliance and programs (industrial waste, emissions/effluents, energy use) and lead sustainability and circular economy initiatives.
•Maintain and improve certified management systems, coordinate internal/external audits, and follow up on action plans and EHS KPIs.
•Coordinate emergency plans and fire protection activities, run drills, and deliver EHS trainings and inductions to promote a preventive culture.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Prevention of Occupational Risks, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
•Master’s or advanced training in Prevention of Occupational Risks (with value for Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics).
•At least 2 years of experience in EHS roles or with external prevention services (SPA) in industrial environments.
•Experience in manufacturing plants, preferably in plastics, packaging, automotive, food, or chemical sectors.
•Knowledge of occupational risk and environmental legislation and experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and incident investigations.
