Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and supervise the plant’s Occupational Safety and Health management system, including risk identification, evaluation, and control.
  • •Perform safety inspections and internal audits; investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Manage environmental compliance and programs (industrial waste, emissions/effluents, energy use) and lead sustainability and circular economy initiatives.
  • •Maintain and improve certified management systems, coordinate internal/external audits, and follow up on action plans and EHS KPIs.
  • •Coordinate emergency plans and fire protection activities, run drills, and deliver EHS trainings and inductions to promote a preventive culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Prevention of Occupational Risks, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Master’s or advanced training in Prevention of Occupational Risks (with value for Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in EHS roles or with external prevention services (SPA) in industrial environments.
  • •Experience in manufacturing plants, preferably in plastics, packaging, automotive, food, or chemical sectors.
  • •Knowledge of occupational risk and environmental legislation and experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and incident investigations.
