Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, test, and operate backend services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
  • •Define and build a multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
  • •Build agent-facing retrieval workflows: APIs and service interfaces for AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve context with provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
  • •Partner with product and infrastructure teams to balance experimentation with long-term reliability as the project moves from prototype to production.
  • •Instrument and operate the system with observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards) and contribute to technical direction on architecture, storage, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices.
