Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize plant operations to enable safe, efficient, and reliable production of low-cost, quality products.
  • •Evaluate, categorize, and analyze production losses and deviation data, using operational and logistics KPIs and trends to diagnose gaps.
  • •Determine and prioritize corrective actions to close operational performance gaps (utilization, yield, uptime, quality, operating discipline losses, reliability opportunities).
  • •Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities aligned with Plant Specific Improvement Plans, Global Technology Plans, and business objectives.
  • •Lead and support capital and non-capital projects, and provide leadership during maintenance, unplanned events, commissioning, start-up, and project handover to Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Ability to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • •Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
  • •Strong conceptual and working knowledge in the job discipline to perform a range of operations-focused assignments (chemistries, equipment, processing technology).
