  • •Own the platform engineering roadmap and execution for Eve’s applied AI products, including integrations, ingestion pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • •Build the platform foundation for AI-native legal work across job framework, data platform, retrieval infrastructure, OCR, transcription, structured extraction, vector stores, search, and document processing.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and managers; foster a culture balancing speed and quality.
  • •Lead multiple high-performing teams and build frameworks and culture that help the organization ship with precision and confidence.
