Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the role of Commission Manager and lead end-to-end service delivery for large/complex commissions.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value-added cost management.
  • •Manage commission activities including feasibility studies, value management, estimating and cost planning, procurement, and contract preparation.
  • •Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control, cost checking and valuation work, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Lead (where appropriate) a cost management team, help develop new business opportunities, and support bids and cross-selling with Directors.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Experience in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Demonstrable experience compiling, assuring and delivering complex estimates and cost models.
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team.
  • •Excellent and flexible Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong client-facing written and verbal communication.
