Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead fundraising efforts — sourcing, pitching, and converting LP commitments.
  • •Develop and execute strategies for launching Redesign Health SEA.
  • •Build and deepen relationships with LPs, government leaders, regulators, healthcare systems, investors, and advisors.
  • •Establish Redesign Health’s reputation in the market and position for rapid post-fund execution.
  • •After fund close, lead venture-building activities in SEA such as researching new concepts, attracting founders, and structuring partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with a blend of entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, and relationship-building ability.
  • •Proven track record in fundraising, sourcing, pitching, and converting commitments from LPs or capital allocators.

  • •Experience in venture capital or private equity is preferred; ability to negotiate partnerships and represent organizations credibly with institutional stakeholders.
