Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover and clarify user problems for administrators, CoE teams, and enterprise architects by working with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Shape product direction through fast iteration and pragmatic focus on underlying problems.
  • •Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate improvements across Hub’s enterprise and governance surfaces (access control, workspace/tenant management, audit & compliance, platform administration).
  • •Use AI tools effectively to accelerate first drafts and implementation steps while maintaining a strong quality bar.
  • •Collaborate with other builders and product strategy counterparts (including Core/Identity boundaries) to turn ideas into shipped outcomes and improve end-to-end pod delivery.
