Job Summary

Own HR operations for 1,000+ employees by processing payroll in Oracle HCM and EBS and maintaining a comprehensive employee database. Lead parts of the performance management cycle—objectives, communications, reviews, performance bell curve normalization, and incentives/progression. Build HR dashboards and reporting using MS Excel and Power BI to deliver people metrics and advanced/predictive analytics for the HR function.

•Support performance communications, reviews, and bell curve normalization, and finalize incentives and progression.
•Develop HR dashboards using MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI and provide management support for people metrics and predictive analytics.

Key Requirements

•MBA in HR (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations.
•Extensive experience with HR analytics.
•Experience using Power BI to create dashboards.
•Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
