Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, fit, and modify components for medium and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies using manufacturing information and drawings.
  • •Mount and install electrical and mechanical equipment, including mimic bus and related components.
  • •Receive, pick, label, pack, and prepare materials and assemblies for shipment.
  • •Operate forklifts and/or cranes as required and maintain minimum Kanban inventory levels while reporting shortages.
  • •Inspect assemblies for loose or missing hardware and cleanliness; respond to engineering change notices and customer-requested modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as business needs require.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools, step ladders, and cranes to assemble products and verify quality in a Lean environment.
