Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a diverse beta community spanning partners and customers.
  • •Drive community engagement via direct interactions, newsletters, webinars, and improvements to the beta portal.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to launch products/features into beta programs and facilitate beta testing.
  • •Develop field quality monitoring using metrics, tools, and AI-based tooling, and ensure structured feedback is reviewed and acted on.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
  • •Experience in IT, product management, customer engagement, quality insights, or a related area.
  • •Experience working with metrics, reporting, or quality monitoring tools.
  • •Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
  • •Ability to work proactively and manage tasks to completion.
