Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of SEC filings in collaboration with Legal and other stakeholders.
  • •Oversee accounting policy, procedures, and internal controls; maintain and enhance accounting policies and procedures.
  • •Evaluate accounting and disclosure impacts of complex transactions, contracts, and legal or environmental obligations.
  • •Support capital market activities, including technical accounting assessments and reporting requirements.
  • •Monitor and analyze new/pending accounting standards’ impacts on the company’s financial reporting while mentoring and developing future accounting and finance leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in Accounting or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience as a Manager / Supervisor.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • •CPA preferred.
