Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary day-to-day accounting contact at the client location and build relationships with client finance stakeholders.
  • •Translate client requirements, priorities, and accounting issues into actionable deliverables for the offshore team.
  • •Provide on-site support to resolve accounting questions, issues, and escalations; proactively communicate risks and delays.
  • •Support complex accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • •Review and analyze accounting transactions and supporting schedules; assist with variances, discrepancies, and close activities (month/quarter/year-end).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, professional-services, or client-facing environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with complex journal entries, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accounting principles, and variance analysis.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems; excellent communication with stakeholders and offshore teams.
