Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a development approach aligned with industrial requirements (BL FLX) and customer needs
  • •Ensure deployment and understanding of the development strategy within the teams
  • •Meet financial commitments, quality expectations, and delivery milestones
  • •Continuously share indicators to demonstrate progress and goal achievement
  • •Drive team performance via continuous improvement and ensure appropriate software best practices

Key Requirements

  • •5+ year experience in leading real-time critical software development activities
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile mindset (Scrum) and development processes
  • •Experience with Git, GitLab, and JIRA for software development and collaboration
  • •Familiarity with DO-178C and DO-330 development processes
  • •Knowledge of C/C++ and component- and framework-oriented technologies, plus real-time OS (ARINC653) and AI is a plus
