Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as strategic HR partner to the Global Commercial leadership team, influencing decisions to maximise business performance
  • •Translate commercial priorities into a clear, actionable people agenda aligned to growth and profitability
  • •Own the end-to-end talent strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and capability building
  • •Build leadership capability through coaching and development, strengthening team effectiveness and alignment
  • •Drive culture, engagement, and the full people lifecycle, ensuring consistent and impactful execution

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in HR roles within large, global and matrixed organisations
  • •Strong exposure to commercial functions (e.g. retail, ecommerce, merchandising, sales or marketing), ideally within retail or FMCG
  • •Impressive examples to date of strategic business partnering, talent and succession and leadership development
  • •High commercial acumen combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • •Experience with people analytics and data-driven decision making
