Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope and objectives based on functional requirements.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows, ensuring end-to-end workflow validation.
  • •Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing necessary support during testing.
  • •Document UAT results, feedback, and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues in collaboration with development and QA teams, maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test cases, scenarios, and coverage for critical edge cases.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ADO (Azure DevOps).
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
