Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in product development and production optimization to meet business needs.
  • •Provide technical guidance/assistance to customers for product application and troubleshooting, including conducting lab tests.
  • •Prepare and maintain records of in-house and external test data for traceability, analyze test results, and recommend improvements.
  • •Serve as a technical advisor to sales by preparing cured samples/sample blocks, conducting training and demos, and supporting pre- and post-sales.
  • •Lead QC and handle COA, Audit, and EHS matters for the lab, ensuring safe practices and clean, well-maintained lab tools and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Provide technical guidance for product application and troubleshooting, including lab testing to enhance customer product knowledge.
  • •Accurately prepare samples according to product formulation for laboratory evaluation and customer requests.
  • •Provide technical advice for concrete admixture products to internal staff to raise organizational technical capability.
  • •Plan and conduct trials or testing in the lab.
