Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an assigned portfolio of middle-market banking relationships and serve as the primary client point of contact
  • •Pursue new middle-market clients with borrowing needs and drive deposit, loan, and fee revenue growth
  • •Originate and manage relationships with complex capital structures and execute capital markets opportunities as appropriate
  • •Advise clients on financial needs and provide tailored solutions across bank products and services
  • •Maintain credit quality by monitoring financial statements and past-due accounts, negotiating terms, and ensuring proper loan document execution

Key Requirements
