Key Responsibilities

  • •Support safe vessel operations including navigation, manoeuvring, docking/anchoring/mooring, and departure/arrival procedures.
  • •Conduct and support passenger and crew safety activities, including safety checks/briefings and participation in emergency drills and response procedures.
  • •Assist with guest onboarding and coordination of marine activities such as transfers, diving and watersports while maintaining luxury guest experience standards.
  • •Perform routine inspections and readiness checks of navigation systems, safety equipment, communications, and operational resources; support maintenance and recordkeeping.
  • •Support dive and marine activity operations and follow environmental protection procedures, reporting incidents and concerns as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma/qualification in Marine Operations, Nautical Studies, Maritime Transport, or related discipline preferred.
  • •Valid and recognized marine/vessel operator certification appropriate to the vessel type and operating area.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marine operations, vessel operations, maritime tourism, diving operations, watersports, or a comparable marine environment.
  • •Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from an internationally recognized training provider.
  • •Valid marine safety or equivalent certification as required for the applicable vessel and operating area.
