Room Attendant

Provide clean, comfortable, and safe rooms to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Clean assigned guest rooms and suites to brand standards, maintain cleaning protocols, restock amenities, empty trash, and handle room trays and laundry requests. Address guest complaints or requests, notify supervisors of issues and maintenance needs, and ensure rooms are secured after service. Work with housekeeping and uphold genuine hospitality expectations.
