Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean assigned guest rooms or suites (make beds, vacuum, dust, arrange furniture as required, and clean bathrooms) per brand standards.
  • •Maintain cleaning protocols, empty trash containers, and restock guest room/suite items and amenities.
  • •Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders promptly and ensure proper disposition of room trays, glass, and silverware.
  • •Notify supervisor promptly of special room/suite issues, including reporting maintenance needs.
  • •Handle guest complaints or requests when able, refer to supervisors when needed, and ensure rooms are secured before leaving.
