Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Chief of Staff to the Program Lead to ensure high standards for execution, speed, and collaboration with the client.
  • •Drive governance and alignment using weekly cadences, steering committee prep, and risk dashboards with data-driven decision-making.
  • •Scope transformative programs with the Program Lead and account team by defining use cases and building a business case and value framework.
  • •Own delivery execution through timelines, milestones, reporting, proactive commitment management, and early risk/delay flagging.
  • •Build and enhance platform/internal tools and automate planning/reporting/follow-ups to reduce overhead and improve predictability.

Key Requirements
