Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end NPI setup and digital product readiness to ensure products are created, enriched, validated, and available to channels on time.
  • •Lead PIM administration and product-data governance, including hierarchies, attributes, titles, descriptions, imagery, and supporting assets.
  • •Manage product-data and catalog workflows across PIM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Rithum, marketplaces, and connected feeds and integrations.
  • •Own catalog distribution and marketplace feed health, including validation, activation, error monitoring, issue resolution, and launch quality assurance.
  • •Serve as operational project manager and enterprise technology liaison across CRM, MarTech, website, and middleware platforms; coordinate tickets, defects, backlog priorities, and stakeholder updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace operations, product operations, catalog management, digital merchandising, or GTM operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of NPI setup, product information management, catalog distribution, feed management, marketplace activation, and launch-readiness processes.
  • •Experience with commerce technologies such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM platforms, Rithum, CRM or MarTech platforms, marketplace portals, and order-management or fulfillment integrations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot catalog, feed, integration, and operational issues; strong attention to detail and data-quality judgment.
