•Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity and check credentials for restricted areas if needed.
•Assist guests with special needs, including help with seat accommodations.
•Support recycling and sustainability programs, help close the venue after show, and guide guests to exits during emergencies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
