Key Responsibilities

  • •Train other autobody technicians.
  • •Perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels in Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
  • •Carry out heavy plastic welding/stapling and heavy metal pulling/straightening/shrinking, including stud welding.
  • •Repair roof and rocker panels and complete large-area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair.
  • •Work mandatory overtime as needed to support customer delivery commitments.

  • •Experience performing extensive heavy bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding/stapling, metal pulling/straightening/shrinking, stud welding, and roof/rocker panel repair.
  • •Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; may be subject to an MVR check, and must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
