Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery and solutioning to architect, prototype, and build bespoke, state-of-the-art AI solutions targeting customer operational pain points.
  • •Drive end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, architecting and delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with advanced RAG and guardrails integrated with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor across strategic accounts to realize programmatic value through adoption and operational transformation until agreed outcomes are met.
  • •Develop and codify domain-specific, industry end-to-end solution patterns and reusable methodology/assets to accelerate time-to-value and support mentorship.
  • •Demonstrate business impact to C-suite executives through executive presentations, workshops, and tailored demonstrations of the solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning technical presales/value engineering and PoV execution, including ROI/TCO modeling and driving projects through achieved value.
  • •Expertise in operational workflows and industry domains (e.g., supply chain, finance) and the ability to communicate clearly with C-suite executives.
  • •Proficiency in Python, modular API design, reusable libraries, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face).
  • •Strong presentation and demonstration skills for both internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences (whiteboarding, readouts, demos).
  • •Native-level or near-native German (written and spoken) to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and present to German-speaking stakeholders; Masters degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent preferred.
