Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations through timely, data-driven lot and equipment dispositions.
  • •Support quality control processes and rapid-response containment protocols to maintain tight process control.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and continuously communicate findings to engineering staff.
  • •Provide direct on-shift support and participate in data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly and minimize production impact.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in a semiconductor fab as a Process Engineer.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • •Flexible to adjust work schedule to align with technicians (transition from 1st shift to A or C shift).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing sciences, manufacturing process, and equipment (Photolithography or Thermal experience preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve manufacturing problems using a systematic approach.
