Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop custom Salesforce functionality including invocable Apex actions, prompt templates, grounding logic, and Agent API surface integrations.
  • •Build and maintain the API layer using Apex REST services and GraphQL/Connect API, aligning with platform versioning/deprecation guidance.
  • •Implement authentication and secret handling using OAuth 2.0 flows (JWT bearer, client credentials, refresh token rotation) and connected app credential patterns.
  • •Deliver source-tracked changes with SFDX, scratch org workflows, and automated Apex test execution through CI/deployment gates.
  • •Diagnose production issues using logs, debug logs, Event Monitoring, and data; review root causes and fixes with the team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building on the Salesforce platform with hands-on Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • •Experience developing Salesforce APIs, including custom Apex REST/SOAP services and/or Connect REST API or GraphQL.
  • •Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 on Salesforce, including connected apps and JWT bearer/client-credentials flows.
  • •Strong understanding of asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Platform Events) and governor limits (bulkification and query performance).
  • •Secure coding practices in Apex (CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing model, SOQL injection prevention, CORS/CSP Trusted Sites).
