Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as APS IT lead and subject matter expert for APS business processes, applications, and related integrations.
  • •Prioritize APS demand by gathering and analyzing available information and translating business needs into aligned technology solutions.
  • •Lead solution design activities and document business requirements with client groups in specific business areas.
  • •Oversee enhancements and small to mid-size project implementations, coordinating with functional and technical developers to keep work on schedule.
  • •Set up APS governance for execution of top APS IT/process projects and coordinate end-to-end solution design with corporate IT and APS stakeholders.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or directly related field) plus experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and digital transformation methodologies.
  • •10+ years evaluating organizational capabilities and services to align with business requirements.
  • •10+ years in systems analysis, defining technical requirements, and leading high-level solution design for complex IT systems.
  • •10+ years building stakeholder/business partnerships between Business and IT, coordinating with project management and digital transformation teams.
  • •10+ years capability building with technologies including SAP IBP, EDMs, costing platforms and pricing mechanisms, SQL, and Power BI.
