Key Responsibilities

•Own and define Button’s global retailer Partner Success strategy, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value across retailer partners; serve as executive sponsor for largest partners.
•Lead and scale a retailer-focused Partner Success organization, segment by vertical and partner maturity, and establish forecasting, account planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align GTM strategy for retailers, including packaging, pricing, and new product launches.
•Develop vertical-specific strategies reflecting retailer category nuances and attribution models to maximize ROI.
•Build repeatable growth motions across retailer partners, including affiliate program expansion, creator activation, and new performance marketing channels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually
