•Promote innovation and continuous improvement by applying data technologies and AI within systems engineering workflows.

•Ability to gather and translate stakeholder needs into system requirements with end-to-end traceability.
•Experience or exposure to requirements management, systems design, and product testing/verification.
•Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, bioengineering, or an equivalent discipline.
•Experience with system integration, verification, and validation activities, including analyzing testing results and documenting deviations.
•Preferred familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB and strong written and verbal communication.
