Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant and operations leaders to deliver strategic HR programs aligned to business needs.
  • •Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership and mentor HR Business Partners at assigned locations.
  • •Manage employee and labor relations, including terminations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and complaint handling.
  • •Support union contract negotiations/interpretations, grievances, and arbitration with guidance from HR leadership and Labor Relations.
  • •Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management coaching, workforce metrics analysis, personnel changes approvals, training coordination, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • •Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, with union-environment experience preferred.
