Key Responsibilities

  • •Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and provide a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
  • •Keep general facility areas clear of debris, trash, and vegetation; regularly check and empty trash containers.
  • •Perform power washing and painting of safety barricades, handrails, and buildings; complete assigned daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • •Notify supervisors about major repair or additions needed for building operating systems and requisition supplies and equipment.
  • •Support internal control responsibilities, communicate operational problems or policy violations, and perform related duties/projects as directed.
