Job Summary

Oversee daily operations for the Beyond Yoga NYC pop-up, supporting payroll, cash handling, and inventory control while ensuring operational excellence. Partner with the Store Manager to hit daily/weekly/monthly sales and KPI targets, coach and develop the team, and lead opening/closing as a visible service leader. Help recruit, train, and onboard new hires, maintain visual standards, minimize losses through policy education, and support community events and customer issue resolution with a positive outcome.

•Execute daily store procedures including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
•Support the Store Manager with team leadership to achieve sales goals and KPI targets while fostering employee engagement and collaborative selling.
•Drive process adoption, support store opening/closing, and help resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes.
•Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, retention, and onboarding of new hires on product knowledge and company values.
•Maintain visual presentation and accurate inventory activities (receiving/sending, price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers) and help prevent losses through policy education.
