Job Summary

Oversee and optimize the performance of multiple fashion retail stores within a designated area, driving sales growth, customer service, and team development. Lead store operations, financial management, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Brand teams to ensure consistent execution of promotions and standards across stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fashion retail stores within the assigned area.
•Ensure all stores operate efficiently and adhere to company standards, including opening and closing procedures.
•Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities to store managers, and monitor progress.
•Adhere and enforce Company SOPs, Policies, and procedures, and loss prevention audit guidelines in all the assigned stores. Also, create measures to ensure compliance by all employees.
•Interpret and make decisions on operations and visual standards based on store and client needs.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in retail management with 2-3 years in multi-store management (Area/District Manager)
•Proven track record overseeing multiple retail stores in fashion or related industries
•Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze sales data, budgets, and profitability (P&L, EBITDA)
•Experience in coaching and developing store teams; ability to recruit, train, and manage staff
•Ability to develop and execute area-specific marketing and sales strategies and monitor market trends
