Financial Controller

Oversee the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic financial leadership. Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), forecasts, and the budgeting process across departments. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audits, tax and regulatory adherence, and manage cash flow, working capital, and CapEx. Lead and mentor the accounting team while partnering with the General Manager and department heads to optimize profitability and costs.
