Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to uncover needs and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products, including home equity and unsecured lending.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participating in huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports).
  • •Knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel, etc.) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web platforms) to educate clients.
