Job Summary

Build relationships with existing and prospective customers by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to understand financial needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and support retention. Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out and schedule periodic reviews, cross-sell, and conduct outside sales. Coordinate referrals with business partners and meet customer experience and production goals while following risk and ethical policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and certification to perform the Retail Personal Banker II role through rotations in Operations and Sales & Service.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to create customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities.
•Coordinate with business partners to refer customers and guide CSRs on sales and referral processes while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally with verbal and written communication and demonstrate working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
