•Bridge PLG and sales by defining PQLs and refining self-serve conversion paths for high-ACV opportunities.
•Execute Japan-specific growth experiments with localization of onboarding, pricing, and content, using rigorous A/B testing.
•Collaborate globally with HQ Growth to feedback Japan-specific insights into product roadmap and decisions.
•Use data-driven decision making (SQL, Tableau) to visualize funnel from signup to retention and inform strategy.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of SaaS growth through PLG/self-serve or performance-driven digital marketing
•Demonstrated impact on business metrics such as ACV and activation rates with PDCA cycles
•Ability to design and connect end-to-end user experiences (email, content, site optimization, ads) into a cohesive journey
