Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive multi-technology collaborative innovation across liquid cooling, water-saving cooling methods, and power/energy storage to improve heat transfer, reliability, and process efficiency.
  • •Develop intelligent PUE optimization closed-loop control using time-sequence prediction and reinforcement learning to outperform expert-level optimization.
  • •Implement and adapt hardware innovation that aligns with policies and industry needs.
  • •Integrate AI operations with existing platforms and tools while combining and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or having recently completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy & Power, Materials, Refrigeration, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems independently.
  • •Strong research capability for both theoretical and applied research.
  • •Familiarity with liquid cooling, thermal management, hydrophilic coatings, renewable energy, and energy storage.
  • •Master professional knowledge in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, material characterization, and water treatment (preferred).
