Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching sessions across recreational, development, and performance programmes.
  • •Lead the Men’s Gymnastics Development and Performance Programme to help gymnasts achieve their potential.
  • •Monitor and develop the gymnastics programme using a data-informed approach to drive growth, retention, and quality.
  • •Mentor and support Apprentice and Junior Coaches; delegate activities to Assistant Coaches and provide guidance for safe delivery.
  • •Maintain accurate records, promote health and safety, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Level 3 British Gymnastics coaching qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience coaching gymnasts across recreational and performance environments.

  • •Excellent communication, organisational, and customer care skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building trust with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
