Job Summary

Lead and grow the DOCA SDK Verification team to validate NVIDIA DOCA SDK quality, reliability, and scalability for developer-facing APIs and libraries. Own test planning and verification strategy across functional, integration, and system-level testing, while driving automation priorities. Partner with SDK developers, architects, product management, and DevOps teams, and build scalable C++ verification frameworks on Linux-based systems to ensure release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow a team of software verification engineers validating the NVIDIA DOCA SDK.
•Design comprehensive test plans and implement functional, integration, and system-level tests for new SDK capabilities.
•Define the team’s technical roadmap, verification strategy, and automation priorities to support high quality and release readiness.
•Partner with SDK developers, architects, product management, and DevOps teams across the software development lifecycle.
•Drive development of scalable C++ verification frameworks and automation infrastructure for efficient feature validation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or CE (or equivalent work experience).
•3+ years in a managerial position with hands-on software development lifecycle experience and 8+ years overall experience.
•Strong technical background in modern C++ software development, software architecture, and Linux-based systems.
•Experience leading teams that develop automated test frameworks and software quality methodologies for complex software products.
•Excellent communications skills; self-motivated and well organized.
