Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the Baker Hughes Quality Management System and applicable customer requirements through process control, verification, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Implement effective process controls, lead quality assessments, support root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Review and validate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection procedures, and provide technical guidance to inspectors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Oversee external inspection companies and witness/validate vendor inspection processes for compliance with company specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and improve SOPs and quality workflows, assess quality control gaps and risks, support tool recertification and maintenance documentation, and prepare quality performance metrics and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, or a related discipline within the Oil & Gas industry or similar industrial environment.
  • •Expertise in quality systems, product requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience using quality and problem-solving methods such as A3, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal).
