Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate scheduling, tracking, and delivery of freight shipments to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • •Communicate with freight carriers to arrange transportation, resolve issues, and monitor shipment progress
  • •Coordinate with CMTs, brokers, customs, and internal teams to ensure shipments are handled properly without delays and promptly report delays, damage, or discrepancies
  • •Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs paperwork, invoices) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
  • •Monitor freight costs against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities; arrange dispatchers to meet pickup and delivery timelines

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in freight operations, logistics, or transportation services
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • •Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • •Experience handling freight documentation and regulations for domestic and international shipments
  • •Proficient using CargoWise system
