Insomniac - Ticketing Manager

Oversee ticketing operations for Insomniac events, coordinating between the service center, marketing, group sales, sponsorship, and partner vendors. Build and maintain ticketing pages from setup through settlement, manage box office operations and staffing on-site, process comp orders and inventory (including wristbands/add-ons), and deliver daily ticket and buyer reporting. Own operational budgets, forecasts, and compliance while safeguarding cash and credentials, with frequent travel as needed.
