•Handle escalated issues and create documentation while deploying new systems and processes to scale.
•Build and maintain helpdesk performance dashboards (CSAT, SLAs, and common issues) and use metrics to drive root-cause solutions.
•Identify and address inefficiencies and bottlenecks across IT Operations, including access requests, automations, and lifecycle management.

•Advanced knowledge administering Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools, with strong communication and analytical skills.
