Job Summary

Own the long-term technical relationship for a portfolio of LiveKit’s most strategic voice AI and real-time engineering accounts. Lead architecture reviews and design consultations, deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps, and orchestrate the right LiveKit team members behind each account. Act as the customer’s technical voice inside LiveKit, translating field signals into roadmap feedback, and run executive business reviews and critical escalations when needed.

•Own the technical relationship and long-term outcome for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
•Drive architecture reviews and design consultations to understand deployments and steer accounts toward what will scale.
•Deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps between what customers built and what LiveKit supports.
•Quarterback LiveKit’s team behind each account by partnering with Developer Success Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers and routing hard issues.
•Translate field signals into product, pricing, and positioning feedback; lead executive business reviews and critical escalations when needed.

Salary: EUR 145,000 - 170,000 annually

•8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or a senior engineering role with heavy customer exposure.
•Fluent in developer-platform fundamentals like APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and deployment patterns; able to lead technical conversations with engineers.
•Familiarity with real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems, understanding technical challenges customers face at scale.
•A track record as the trusted technical voice for engineering customers, with judgment when the path forward is unclear.
•Comfortable proactively tracking customer health across a portfolio, not just reacting to fires.
