Lead portfolio-wide compliance for online trust and safety across Match Group brands. Sit on the central Trust & Safety team, translate evolving global regulations into cross-functional programs, and manage transparency reporting and required disclosures. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Government Relations, Communications, and Product to guide regulatory inquiries, audits, documentation, and advocacy strategy—while managing and developing the team and reporting status to senior leadership.
